A home away from home for international students
Dock House is Christopher Dock’s boarding facility that is used primarily for the housing of international students. The housing facility is located in Souderton and is about a 15-minute drive from the school. House Parents live in the upstairs apartment and, working in partnership with the school, seek to provide a loving, caring, and safe “home away from home” for the students that live in the Dock House. When full, there will be a total of sixteen students living in the Dock House.
The idea of having a boarding program for Christopher Dock's international students became a reality in 2012 when the Board of Trustees approved Dock House as part of the mission of the school. The home is owned by Living Branches, Inc. and is located at Reliance and Cowpath Roads in Souderton, on the property of Souderton Mennonite Homes.
